DEMARRE JOHNSON
"My battle with MENtal health is something that has enriched my life story. It’s often said that God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. I believe that's true. Being the smallest guy in the friend group wasn’t easy growing up, so I was constantly bullied for my physical stature, or lack thereof. I have learned to have confidence in myself, as no one will believe in you like yourself. In this life we only have one shot, you can blow that shot by not believing in yourself. MENtal health is not something MEN are supposed to acknowledge, but that's the fallacy. You are not alone, what you struggle with someone else has as well. Don't suffer in silence, and always believe in yourself."
