"Men need to start normalizing not being ok. Everyone always asks 'how are you' and our typical answer is 'good' or 'fine.' It is ok to struggle, it is ok to hurt, everyone does it. But what is not ok is acting like everything is ok when your internal reality reflects something completely different. Find time away from your sport, your hobby or anything that could cause stress and find your peace because without some sense of peace nothing will ever be ok."
